  • CMC devised protocols to protect the rights of consumers and offer complaint procedures for our R&D, procurement, production, operation, and service processes.
  • We maintain good communication channels between our suppliers and customers, offering customer complaint processing procedures. We have also established a stakeholder section on our website to properly respond to any matters of concern raised by our stakeholders and effectively process any complaints.
