Law compliance: to ensure employees’ due rights and benefits, CMC devises management regulations by adhering to labor-related regulations such as the Labor Standard Act and Personal Data Protection Act.
We have also followed the procedures and applied with the Hsinchu Science Park Bureau for CMC’s in-service employees applicable to the old labor retirement system to receive the labor retirement reserve fund, which was agreed and settled in August of 2019
All current employees of CMC are now applicable for the new labor pension system ( the employer allocates 6% of the employee’s monthly salary to the personal account of the labor pension fund).
CMC has also implemented retirement system management and processes employee retirement applications in accordance with the Labor Standard Act.
